Send the specification, the deadline and the evaluation criteria. We confirm within two working days whether we intend to bid.

Scope and estimate
We break the brief into deliverables and price each one, so the figure you compare is itemised rather than a single lump sum.

Submission
Documents supplied in the format the tender asks for, with pricing, timelines and references included as standard.

Award and kickoff
On award we agree contracting and a schedule, and the first milestone starts inside two weeks.
